If you haven't hit your New Years workout goals so far that's ok! Pick up where you left off each day and ask yourself what you need to do that day. Take it one day at a time. The #1 rule is to make sure you have a plan! Veering off your plan every once in a while will happen and you can still achieve your goals so long as you get back on track as soon as possible. Workout, eat healthy/log, do your cardio, stretch and reap the rewards!
