The Bootcamp class is an outdoor group exercise class that includes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with strength and interval training. It is designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and have fun at the same time. The bootcamps are intense but can always be modified for specific needs. The classes vary between all bodyweight exercises one day to weights the next (Dumbbells ranging from 1-15lbs), lots of cardio mixed in between, battle ropes, agility ladders, medicine balls, bands, etc. Fan favorites include burpees, walkouts, mountain climbers & speed skaters. These are all regular exercises that you can find in the Bootcamp class. This class does not follow a cookie cutter routine week after week. I personally design the workouts day by day to fit the needs and enjoyment of the class participants.
